Welcome to the Artificio AI Email Generator! This section provides comprehensive guidance on how to leverage our AI-powered technology to effortlessly craft professional emails, generate MJML code, and streamline your email design workflow.

1. Getting Started with AI Email Generation

Artificio's AI Email Generator allows you to create emails simply by providing a prompt. The AI then generates an MJML code-based response, which you can preview and customize.

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Navigate to the Email Designing Section: Once you are logged into Artificio and have a design created, locate and access the "Email Design" section within the application.
  2. Initiate AI Email Option: Within the Email Designing section, you will find an option to "Generate with AI." Click on this to begin the AI email generation process.
  3. Enter Your Prompt: A text field will appear where you can enter a detailed prompt describing the email you wish to create. Be as specific as possible to get the best results (e.g., "Write a marketing email for a new product launch, highlighting features A, B, and C, with a call to action to visit our website.").
  4. Send Request: After entering your prompt, send the request to Artificio's AI. The system will then process your request and generate the MJML code for your email.
  5. Review MJML Code and Preview: You will receive an MJML code-based response. Alongside this code, there will be an option to "Preview Design." Click this to see how your generated email will look across different devices and email clients.
  6. Customize and Use: Once you are satisfied with the preview, you can use the generated MJML code for your email campaigns. You also have the flexibility to make further changes to the code as per your specific requirements directly within the application or by exporting the MJML.

 

2. Advanced AI Email Options

Artificio offers several advanced features to enhance your AI email generation experience:

  • Web Search Integration:
    • Purpose: To provide the AI with up-to-date or external information for more relevant and informed email content.
    • How to Use: Within the AI Email options, locate and select the "Web Search" checkbox. When this is enabled, Artificio's AI will perform a web search related to your prompt, incorporating relevant information into the generated email. This is particularly useful for current events, product details, or industry news.
  • Using Existing Prompts (Prompt Library):
    • Purpose: To quickly generate emails using pre-defined and optimized prompts provided by Artificio, saving you time and ensuring high-quality output.
    • How to Use: Artificio offers a library of existing prompts for various common email scenarios. You can browse and select these pre-built prompts to get a head start on your email creation, or use them as inspiration for your own custom prompts.

 

  • Reusing Existing Designs:
    • Purpose: To leverage previously created email designs within Artificio as a foundation for new AI-generated emails, ensuring brand consistency and accelerating the design process.
    • How to Use: If you wish to base your new AI-generated email on an existing design within Artificio, you can use the "#" symbol followed by a query. For example, typing #newsletter template would bring up a list of existing newsletter designs you've created. You can then select one from the list to guide the AI's generation, ensuring it adheres to the style and structure of your past designs. The AI will then proceed to generate new content for that chosen design.
