Creating Forms with Artificio's AI Form Designer

Artificio’s AI Form Designer simplifies the process of creating professional and functional forms. You can generate a complete form with just a few clicks and a simple description.

How to Create a Form

1. Log In: Begin by logging in to your Artificio account.

2. Navigate to Design: From your dashboard, go to the Design tab.

3. Create a New Form: Select App or Form design, then click on the App (Form) design button.

4. Provide Basic Details: A new window will appear. Fill in the required information, including the Form Name, Description, and Type.

5. Choose Your Design Method: Based on the options, select how you want to proceed with your design.

6. Save and Design: Click Save. A pop-up will appear, giving you the option to start designing your form.

Using the AI Form Designer

1. Access AI Designer: In the design editor, look for and click the AI Form button.

2. Enter Your Prompt: A new window will appear, prompting you to describe the form you want to create. For example, you could write: "Create a customer feedback form with fields for name, email, and a rating scale."

3. Generate and Use: Artificio's AI will instantly generate a form based on your prompt. To use this design, click Use Form.

Enhancing Your Form

After the AI generates your form, you can further customize it using Artificio’s tools.

• Drag-and-Drop Components: Add, remove, or rearrange components like text boxes, dropdowns, and checkboxes to tailor the form to your needs. 

• Preview: Use the Preview button to see how your form will look to others.

• Apply Themes: Make your form visually appealing by applying different themes.

• Create Wizard Forms: To build a multi-step form, simply checkmark "Show this form as a multi step wizard" while creating your initial form design. 

• AI Prompt: In the AI Prompt you just need to enter the prompt in a way to create a form design in the multistep manner.

• After this prompt is executed you will get a result in a multistep manner by clicking on Use Form button

• The result will look like the attached file below.

• On previewing the design you will see the results in the stepwise manner.

Setting Up Submission Actions

Forms are only useful when they do something. With Artificio, you can automate actions when a form is submitted.

• Email Notifications: Send an email to a specific address.

• Workflow Triggers: Initiate custom workflows or other automations.

• PDF Attachments: Automatically generate and attach a PDF of the form submission to an email.

Sharing Your Form

Once your form is complete and saved, you can share it with others. Artificio allows you to create a public URL or a password-protected link to ensure your form is shared securely and with the right audience.
