1. Creating Editable Forms

  • Design Phase: Start by creating a form design.

  • Output Criteria: Select "Editable Form" as the output criteria.

  • Design Usage: Choose a "Data View" or "Data Series" to link the form to your data.

  • Customization: Use drag-and-drop components to build your form's layout.

2. Integrating into Emails

  • Email Design: Create an email using Artificio's email design tool.

  • Drag-and-Drop Form Component: Add the editable form component to your email.

  • Link Configuration: Set up the necessary attributes to link the form to your data.

3. Sending and Editing

  • Email Delivery: Send the email to your client from the data view by selecting a row.

  • Form Access: Your client clicks the link in the email, opening the editable form in a new window.

  • Data Modification: The client makes changes to the form fields.

  • Saving Updates: Upon saving, the modified data is automatically updated in Artificio's dataviews.
