What are Notifications in Artificio?
The Notifications section in Artificio serves as your personal message center. Instead of scattering important alerts across various parts of the application, we've consolidated them into one convenient location. This ensures you never miss an update, whether it's a successful task completion, an important alert, or an error message that requires your attention.
Accessing and Viewing Your Notifications
To access your notifications:
- Navigate to the Notifications section within Artificio. You'll typically find this prominently displayed in your main dashboard or navigation menu.
Once in the Notifications section, you'll see a summary of your recent alerts. To get a comprehensive view:
- Click on "View All": This action will display every notification, allowing you to scroll through your complete history of alerts.
Filtering Your Notifications for Easy Management
To help you efficiently manage and locate specific notifications, Artificio provides powerful filtering options. This allows you to quickly narrow down your results based on what's most relevant to you at any given moment.
You can filter your notifications using the following criteria:
- Filter by Date:
- Need to see what happened on a specific day or within a particular period? Simply click on the "Date" filter and select the desired date range. This is incredibly useful for reviewing past activities or troubleshooting issues that occurred on a certain day.
- Filter by Service Type:
- Artificio integrates with various services, and you can now view notifications specifically related to them. Select from the following service types to see only the notifications relevant to your:
- Email: Notifications concerning email dispatches or receipts.
- SMS: Alerts related to SMS messages sent or received.
- WhatsApp: Notifications pertaining to WhatsApp communications.
- PDF: Updates regarding PDF generation or processing.
- Quickbooks: Alerts from your Quickbooks integrations.
- Gdrive: Notifications related to Google Drive activities.
- SharePoint: Updates concerning your SharePoint interactions.
- FTP: Messages about File Transfer Protocol operations.
- Artificio integrates with various services, and you can now view notifications specifically related to them. Select from the following service types to see only the notifications relevant to your:
- Filter by Message Type:
- Understand the nature of your notifications at a glance by filtering based on their type:
- Info: General informational messages and updates.
- Success: Notifications indicating that a task or operation has been completed successfully.
- Error: Alerts signifying that an error occurred, requiring your attention.

- All: Displays all notifications, regardless of whether they have been read or not.
- Read: Shows only the notifications you have already opened and viewed.
- Unread: Highlights notifications that you have not yet seen, ensuring you prioritize new information.
