Welcome to the help and support section for Artificio's AI PDF Generator. This guide will walk you through the key features of the application, helping you to create, edit, and share custom PDF documents.

1. Generating a PDF with AI Chat

Artificio leverages its AI chat functionality to allow you to create a PDF design with a simple text prompt.

  • Step 1: Access the AI Chat. Navigate to the Home tab in the Artificio app to find the AI chat feature. 

  • Step 2: Enter Your Prompt. Describe the PDF design you want to create. For example, you could type "Generate a two-page marketing flyer for a new coffee shop" or "Create a professional invoice template with a company logo placeholder."

  • Step 3: Generate the Design. The system will use your prompt to instantly generate a PDF design for you.

2. Customizing Your PDF Design

Once the AI has generated your initial design, you can use the built-in editor to customize it to your specific needs. The editor provides a range of components and styles to modify the document.

  • Components: Add and arrange elements like emojis, barcodes, and other graphical components.

  • Styles and Formatting: Adjust the visual appearance of your PDF. You can change:

    • Dimensions: Resize and reposition elements.

    • Fonts: Select different font styles and sizes.

    • Borders: Add or modify borders on different sections.

    • Background: Change the background color or image.

  • Add Links: Insert clickable hyperlinks into your PDF.

3. Previewing, Downloading, and Sharing

After you have finished editing your PDF, you can easily review and share it.

  • Preview Mode: Use the preview mode to see how the final PDF will look before you save it.

  • Download: Download the PDF file to your device to save it or share it with others.

  • Sharing: Share the downloaded PDF with your users, clients, or colleagues.

4. Using Sample Prompts

If you're unsure where to start, Artificio provides a selection of pre-made sample prompts. These prompts can be used as a starting point to generate a variety of PDF designs quickly and easily. Simply select a sample prompt to see what the AI can create.
