How does a workflow receive documents?
A workflow can be associated with an active email ID in the Artificio account. Attachments received by that configured mailbox can enter the workflow automatically.
What kinds of steps can I add?
Examples shown in the Workflow Builder include AI OCR, AI Search / Discover Files, Classification, Selection Group, Table Classification, Entity Extraction, Data Verification, Email Transmission, Integration Model, Data Selection and Auto Data Group Classification.
Can I validate both header and line-item data?
Yes. Data Verification can target Page View or Table View data and use different rule sequences for each structure.
Can validation create different workflow outcomes?
Yes. The visual preview can show conditional outcomes such as success and exception paths based on verification results.
Can I send the result to SAP?
Yes. An Integration Model can be used as a downstream workflow step and configured for SAP.
Can steps be skipped on error?
The screenshots show a Skip on Error option on individual steps, allowing the workflow to be configured around nonfatal step failures.
