What we do
Artificio is an AI automation platform purpose-built for SAP-run enterprises. Our agents capture unstructured documents from any channel, extract and classify every field, validate against live SAP data, and post clean, structured records back through standard interfaces.
Where traditional extraction tools stop at "here's your data," Artificio finishes the process: documents are validated against live SAP data, exceptions are routed to the right people, and clean transactions are posted into SAP with a complete audit trail. No screen-scraping, no migration, no ripping out what already works.
The same platform can coordinate surrounding enterprise systems when a workflow extends beyond SAP, but SAP is where it's built to excel.
That reliability is the point. Volume alone isn't value; precision, validation, and governed posting are what let a finance or operations team trust automation with production data.
