The AI Coworker That Posts Your Data Into Any System No API Needed

Artificio's Integration Agent drives ERP screens, portals and web forms the way a person would, it can download files from a portal and feed them to extraction, or fill fields and post a transaction. Define the task in plain English; it reasons through the steps. Built for the systems an API can't reach.

Why it exists

For the systems an API can't reach.

Every integration tool assumes there's an API waiting. In the real world, so much runs on legacy ERP screens, government portals, and partner web forms with no API at all, so the data gets typed in by hand.

The Integration Agent is built for exactly that gap: it operates the screen like a person, so your platform data can reach systems that were never meant to be integrated.

  • API integrations & iPaaS

Great, when an API exists. When it doesn't, you're stuck building nothing, or paying people to re-key data by hand.
  • Traditional RPA

Records fixed clicks and breaks the moment the screen changes. Brittle, high-maintenance, no judgment.
  • Artificio Integration Agent

Reads and reasons about the screen, adapts when layouts shift, and works from plain-English instructions, no API, no brittle script.

How it works

Describe the task. It plans, then does it.

You don't script it, you tell it what you want. The agent breaks the goal into steps and executes them with reasoning, checking the screen as it goes.

What it's for

Put an agent on the work people re-key by hand.

  • Download files from any portal

Log into a portal or URL that offers no API, download the documents waiting there (statements, invoices, reports) and hand them straight to Artificio's extraction models for processing.
  • Post transactions into a no-API ERP

Push extracted invoice, order or master-data records into an ERP or portal that offers no API, the agent enters them through the screen and submits.
  • Mass online form-filling

Fill web forms and portal submissions in bulk, in the background, from data on your platform, hundreds or thousands of entries without a human at the keyboard.
  • Mass online form-filling

Hand off the same screen-based task you run every day, the agent repeats it reliably, freeing your team for work that needs judgment.

Why Artificio

Why this agent, and why here.

  • Pulls files in, pushes data outDownloads documents from portals for extraction, and posts data into target systems.
  • Reasoning, not recordingAdapts to the screen instead of breaking like brittle RPA.
  • Plain-English tasksDefine work in words, no scripts, no developer.
  • Fed by your platform dataExtracted and collected data flows straight into the job.
  • Passwords never shared with AICredentials are requested from you, secured, and never seen by any AI model.
  • Human checkpointsKeep review before critical submissions.
  • Complements API automationUse APIs where they exist; the agent covers the gaps.
  • Part of one platformExtraction, forms, workflows and the agent in one place.

What makes it different

A coworker, not a macro.

  • Reasoning

    It thinks through steps

Rather than replaying fixed clicks, it reasons about what's on screen and decides the next action, so it adapts instead of breaking.
  • Plain English

    No scripting to set up

Describe the job in words. There's no macro to record, no code to write, no developer required to define a task.
  • Connected to your data

    Fed by the platform

It works from data Artificio already has (extracted from documents or collected via forms) so input is clean and structured.
  • Background

    Runs at scale, unattended

Set it loose on bulk or repetitive work and let it run in the background while your team does something else.
  • Resilient

    Adapts to screen changes

Because it reads and reasons rather than following pixel coordinates, small UI changes don't stop it cold.
  • Governed

    Review where it matters

Keep a human checkpoint before critical submissions, so high-stakes transactions get a look before they post.

Credentials, handled right

It asks for the login, and your password never touches an AI model.

An agent that signs into your systems has to earn trust. Here's how credentials work.

  • You provide

    It requests the login

When a task needs access, the agent asks you for the site's username and password, you stay in control of what it can reach.
  • Never exposed

Passwords never go to any AI model

Credentials are never shared with or seen by any AI or language model. The reasoning layer decides what to do; it never handles your secret.
  • Secured

Stored securely, used only to sign in

Passwords are held in secure, encrypted storage and used solely to authenticate on the target site, nowhere else.

Early access

We're building this now, come shape it.

The Integration Agent is in active development. We're working with a small group of early customers on real no-API integration and form-filling scenarios. If that's a problem you have, let's talk.

Especially useful around SAP

Post into SAP screens and the systems around it.

Not every SAP transaction or surrounding portal exposes a clean API, and building one can mean custom development. Where that's the case, the Integration Agent can drive the screen to enter and post data, complementing Artificio's API-based SAP automation for the gaps an API doesn't cover.

FAQ

Common questions.

What is the Integration Agent?
It's an AI agent (a digital coworker) that operates ERP screens, portals and web forms the way a person does: reading the screen, filling fields, clicking, and posting transactions. It's built to move data from Artificio into systems that don't offer an API, so you don't have to re-key it by hand.
How is this different from RPA?
Traditional RPA records a fixed sequence of clicks and breaks when the screen changes. The Integration Agent reasons about what's on screen and decides its next action, so it adapts to layout changes and works from plain-English instructions rather than a brittle recorded script.
How do I tell it what to do?
In plain English. You describe the task, for example, "post each approved invoice into the vendor portal", and the agent breaks it into steps and executes them with reasoning. There's no macro to record and no code to write.
Where does the data come from?
From Artificio, data extracted from your documents or collected through forms. Because the agent works from clean, structured platform data, it has reliable input to enter into the target system.
Can it download files from a portal or URL?
Yes. The agent can log into a portal or open a URL that offers no API, download the files waiting there (statements, invoices, reports) and feed them directly to Artificio's extraction models. That makes it a two-way bridge: it pulls documents in for processing as well as pushing data out.
Do I need an API on the target system?
No, that's the whole point. The agent works through the screen, so it can reach ERPs, portals and forms that have no API. Where an API does exist, Artificio can use it directly; the agent covers the systems an API can't.
How does it log in? Is my password safe?
When a task needs access to a site, the agent asks you for that site's username and password. Your password is never shared with or seen by any AI or language model, the reasoning layer decides what actions to take, but never handles the credential itself. Passwords are kept in secure, encrypted storage and used only to sign in to the target site.
Can it handle bulk and repetitive work?
Yes. It can fill forms and post transactions in bulk in the background, and repeat routine screen-based tasks reliably, the kind of high-volume, manual work that otherwise ties up a team.
Is it available now?
It's a new capability in active development, available through early access. We're partnering with a small group of customers on real no-API integration and form-filling scenarios, reach out if you'd like to be one of them.

Security & compliance

Enterprise security by design

ISO 27001:2013 certified, SOC 2 Type 2 compliant and GDPR ready. The agent runs in isolated, governed environments; login credentials are requested from you, held in secure encrypted storage, and never shared with any AI model, and human checkpoints can gate critical submissions.
