Understanding Trigger Actions
Trigger Actions in Artificio are powerful automations that allow you to initiate specific actions (like sending messages or emails) when a predefined condition is met within your data series. Specifically, these actions are "triggered based on any changes within the row." This means that if a value in a particular row of your extracted data is modified, Artificio can automatically execute a pre-configured action.
Where to Find and Configure Trigger Actions:
- Navigate to your Data Series: Begin by opening the specific "Data Series" within Artificio where you want to implement the trigger.
- Locate Trigger Actions Functionality: Within the Data Series interface by clicking on SMS, WhatsApp and Email, you will find the an option named as " Trigger Actions."
Configuring Your Trigger Action:
Once you've accessed the Trigger Actions configuration area, you'll be able to set up the specifics of your automation:
- Select the Trigger Condition:
- The fundamental trigger condition is "any changes within the row." This means you don't need to specify which field changes, but rather that any modification to a row will activate the trigger.
- Clicking on save will save the trigger action

- Subject Line: Create a subject for your email, potentially including dynamic data.
- Email Body: Compose the content of your email. This will likely support both static text and dynamic data placeholders.
