Help and support

Artificio provides different ways to view and interact with the data collected by your applications. Here's a breakdown of the available data views:

Data Verification and Validation

This view allows you to see the output data collected from your app, documents or forms. This is helpful for checking if the data is being captured correctly and ensuring it meets your quality standards. Imagine it as a behind-the-scenes look at the output that we are getting from the models.

Note: You can also create labels and data groups from this tab.

Imagine a workshop where you build useful things.

  • You provide the tools (your app, documents, or forms).
  • Users come in and use those tools to create things (provide information).

The Data View is like a special window into your workshop.

  • It lets you see the exact pieces users are working with (the data they're fetching).

You can check if:

  • The tools give users everything they need (capturing all the right data).
  • The pieces being created are well-made (data meets your quality standards).

Why is this helpful?

  • It's like double-checking your workshop to make sure everything is running smoothly.
  • You can identify any issues early on and fix them before they become problems.
  • This ensures you get the best possible results (high-quality data) from your users.

In short, the data view is a behind-the-scenes peek at the output information that users are getting from the models, letting you ensure its accurate and useful.

High level features of different data views

Empowering You to Verify and Manage Your Data with Ease

This guide explains the powerful tools available in the data view section to help you ensure the accuracy and quality of your information.

Verifying Extracted Data

  • Upload/Download: Upload your original documents (when data flow is assigned) and download the data in various formats (CSV, Excel, etc.) for comparison.
  • Train & Predict: Leverage built-in models to train on your data and predict classifications for new information.

Rules:

  • Function Rules: Cleanse and manipulate data using functions like Find & Replace, Concatenate, Split, and Date conversion.
  • Calculation Rules: Perform calculations on your data with formulas and aggregations (totals & subtotals).
  • Cross-reference & Verification: Ensure data accuracy by cross-referencing documents and applying verification methods like mandatory fields, threshold values, and duplicate checks.

Taking Action on Your Data

  • Verify & Duplicate Management: Manually verify data, filter and manage duplicates with ease.
  • Review & Annotate: Deep dive into specific data points by reviewing the document and adjusting as needed.

  • Actions: Set data relevance, mark duplicates, and reset column settings for better organization.

Customization and Preferences

Settings:

  • Train text classification models for more precise data handling.
  • Set up data flows for automated data processing.
  • Design custom email templates for data sharing.
  • Choose preferred date format.
  • Control the display of total rows and long text for optimal data visualization.

By utilizing these features, you can confidently verify, manage, and leverage your data for informed decision-making.

The Data view is segmented into four distinct views, namely:

Pageview

This view lets you see the data associated with specific documents within your application. This can be useful for checking the extracted data right on the page of the document and identifying areas where users might be encountering issues.

Table View

This view presents the data in a structured table format like a spreadsheet. This allows you to easily filter, sort, and analyze large amounts of data. It's like having all your data organized as a neat and searchable table.

Note: You can create the table headers via this tab that can be used in a table data extraction

File Data View

This view displays data extracted from the uploaded files. As Artificio allows users to upload documents, images, or other files, this view let's you access and analyze the information within those files.
